Brown Bag Micarta Knife Handles - Part 2 of 2

This is the follow-up to my grocery-bag micarta video, where I actually put the material to use. I cut the micarta into blanks, drilled it for brass rivets, and glued and pinned it onto two old kitchen knives — one with a cracked plastic handle, the other with a wood handle that hadn't held up to the sink. After shaping and sanding them into their final form and finishing with a little mineral oil, both knives came out with handles that should hold up a lot better than what they replaced.
