Combination Square Restoration

My combination square had rust creeping in under the clear coat, and I was too cheap to just buy a better one. So I stripped the old finish with Citrus Strip, chiseled and scraped off what was left, then worked through a few grits of sandpaper with a little oil to knock the rust back before refinishing it with Boeshield T9. The whole thing took about fifteen minutes and the square works like new.
